Terms & Conditions
Funded Fast Network ("Funded Fast," "the Program") is operated by Go Two Morrow, LLC ("Go2Morrow"). Lending services described on fundedfast.net ("the Site") are provided by the participating lender for your service area, currently PFN Lending Group, Inc. dba Priority Financial Network ("PFN"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Site does
The Site collects interest from homeowners who want to learn about financing options for a home project, and from builders and contractors who want to join the Program. Submitting a form is not a loan application, does not result in a credit inquiry, and does not create a commitment to lend. Any loan is subject to a separate application, underwriting, and approval by the lender.
2. Not a lender comparison service
The Site presents the Program of a single participating lender for each service area. It does not compare lenders and does not rank or recommend lenders. You are free to obtain financing from any lender of your choice.
3. SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: Funded Fast Network
Program description: By checking the consent box on a Site form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Funded Fast Network about your inquiry, including follow-up on your project or membership request, appointment reminders, and related Program information.
Message frequency varies; typically up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of obtaining a loan.
No sharing: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Calls and email
By providing your contact details and checking the consent box you also agree to be contacted by phone and email regarding your inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us at the details below.
5. Builder Early Access
Early Access membership for builders and contractors is offered by Funded Fast Network (Go2Morrow), is separate from any lending relationship, and is governed by a separate membership agreement. No builder receives any compensation, discount, or benefit for referring homeowners to any lender. Homeowners may use any lender.
6. Accuracy and changes
Program details, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Some products may not be available in all states. We may update these Terms at any time; the date above reflects the latest version.
